CyberWatcher delivers services within market monitoring and newsfiltering.
The company has, together with partners in the Nordic countries, UK and USA close to 500 customers.
Since it's establishment in 1999 the company has won several awards for its technology and services. In 2001 Bill Gates awarded CyberWatcher as one of the global pioneers within .net.
In 2003 CyberWatcher was awarded with the European Seal of Excellence prize for its services and 2004 saw CyberWatcher receive PCWorld's award for best 'Data Product' via the sister company IntelliSearch.
The different monitoring services are divided into media monitoring and market monitoring for different business units (Business Intelligence), and knowledge portals. Illustrated on the Services page.
In addition we offer consulting services within structuring of market monitoring and analysis. Also, there are partner offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Mansfield outside London and Florida.
Some of the customers are Hydro, Total, SAP, Cap Gemini, Burson Marsteller, Nordea, Procter&Gambler, Electrolux, Panasonic and Telenor.
CyberWatcher's headquarters are based at Lysaker outside Oslo. CyberWatcher Technology AS delivers software newsfiltering, content management and search agent technology.
Among the customers of the software is the worlds greatest mediamonitorer - Observer Group, and Gule Sider (Yellow pages) in Norway - Findexa.
